Who is responsible
The data controller is GIANT MCPY. For any question about your personal data, contact info@babasails.eu.

What we keep
Name, email, phone and the details of your booking. For the charter list required by the Greek Ministry of Shipping: full name, sex, nationality, date of birth and ID or passport number of every passenger.

Why
To carry out your booking, to send you the messages it needs, and for the legal charter list. We send reminders about an unfinished booking only if you agree.

Security
Passenger details are stored encrypted and only the people who prepare the charter list can see them. Card payments are made on the secure page of the bank or payment provider: we never see your card number.

How long
As long as the law requires for accounting and the charter list, then we delete them.

Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your details by writing to info@babasails.eu. You can also complain to the Hellenic Data Protection Authority.
