Cancellations and weather

Deposit
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Cancellation fees are calculated on this deposit.

If you cancel
• 21 days or more before departure: no fee, we refund everything you have paid.
• Between 21 and 7 days before departure: the fee is 50% of the deposit.
• Less than 7 days before departure, or if you do not show up: the fee is the full deposit.
Anything you have paid above the fee is refunded. Please cancel in writing, by email or WhatsApp, with your booking code.

Weather
Weather conditions or a change in the forecast are not a reason for a free change or cancellation. This applies to all cruises, and especially to multi-day trips.
If you added a weather cover or a flexible fare to your booking, its terms apply as shown when you booked.
If the port authority does not allow departure, or the skipper decides it is not safe to sail, we offer you another date or a full refund.
The skipper may change or shorten the route because of the weather. This is part of sailing and is not a reason for a refund.

If we cancel
If we have to cancel for a reason on our side, we refund the full amount.

Refunds
Refunds are made to the same payment method within 14 days.
